Tuition & Cancellation Policy
We are dedicated to providing our students with the best possible music education. However, we understand that sometimes lessons may need to be rescheduled. In order to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for both students and teachers, all make-up lessons must be done online within 21 days of the missed lesson. This helps our teachers avoid having to re-arrange their schedules and ensures that our students receive the same high-quality education, whether in-person or online. Thank you for your understanding.
All cancellations and makes ups at all times will be done Online this way:
There will be no additional arranged driving for teacher to do make ups in person.
No Roll Overs into the next week or month.
Make up is an additional lessons to your regular lessons so it cannot be replaced
No Refund of missed lesson
No Refund on makeup or rescheduled lesson unless teacher is unavailable
Online make up for all ages within 21 days
Make up can be reschedule 2 (twice) per semester
There will be no refund for missed make up
You cannot replace lesson with missed lesson
Lessons cannot be rolled over to siblings/parents
in case of an emergency will be done online
If the lessons was forgotten or missed without communication, there will be no make up
Any Rescheduled lesson has to be done online
Please note that tuition fees are collected at the beginning of each month, and on the 1st of each month, there will be tuition for 4 lessons (4 weeks). If you plan to be absent or traveling, it's imperative that you notify us on the first day of the month so that our teacher's schedule and payment can be adjusted accordingly. Please be advised that once payment has been accepted, cancellations and adjustments cannot be made.
If you decided to discontinue lessons during the cycle it will not be refunded
Lessons payment can be accept via Paypal, Venmo, Cash
Environment and space require for music lessons
We thrive in positive open space environment with quality instruments, positive treatment and open communication.
I hope you understand that open room environment with windows, light, quality instruments and access is very important for creativity and we ask you to make sure everyone is comfortable.
Teachers require students to be available during the lessons without additional noises, siblings, cooking smells, Tv Games sounds and any background ongoing conversation that can be destruction for successful wholesome lesson.
Because we take our job seriously we ask to pause whatever you are doing and allow teacher to be there fully present with students for the amount of lesson length once a week.
If the teacher for some reason not comfortable we can communicate or refuse the service due to ongoing obstacles.
Practicing requirements for ages 6-12
No School or teacher can guarantee success of your child unless there is full commitment from you! yes Parents are playing important role and input for kids daily practice
Each student is required to follow with homework and practice at home.
For age 6-8 10-20 min per practice minimum (3-4 times per week)
age 8-10 can be done 20+ minutes per practice (3 times per week)
10-12 requires 30+ min per practice (2-4 times per week)
These are minimum requirement for minimum results
The more you put practice, the faster it will progress
These are suggestion but everyone has it's own level of commitment and available time.
Parents are highly encourage to award and help children to adopt practice into their daily routine. Kids cannot commit unless parents are fully supportive and time to time participating in their music ventures.
Teacher can refuse service if there is no progress or learning became stagnant due to any sort of resistance or lack of time for practice.
Teacher will do everything in power to make sure each student receives the best quality education, compassion, clear instruction and follow ups.
The treatment between families and instructor need to be compassionate, clear and communicative.
